■KIREINA RESORT   Using Agreements for rental rooms and rental cottages ■

The Agreements are defined as follows to use rental rooms and rental cottages on the Second Life, operated by Linden Lab.

□Payment of rent fee

* Please choose a room first.  Then, please request the room by using the "RENTAL RESERVE FORM", shown left.

   Please pay the rent fee after you reseive a confirmation email from us.

* This payment goes directly to the island owner, Ichiro Furse, by Linden Doller.

* Rent fee need to be payed in advance.  We prepare the script soon after confirming the money reseived.  We will contact to your avatar by IM as soon as the preparation is done.  The number of rental days will be counted from next day of this contact.

□Using Conditions

* Please stop causing trouble to surroundings

* Only residential use is permitted

* Building construction work or placing any items are prohibited at outside of rental rooms and/or cottages.

* Sublease is prohibited

□How to use

* Placing items should not be exceeded the total prim number, indicating at each room.

* Rental room entrance door can be opened by rental person only as we install the name of rental person's avatar.

   The door will close by itself after 30 seconds even if you left the door open.

   (Enter of someone cannot be blocked from balcony side.)

* Rental cottage entrance door can be opened by rental person only as we install the name of rental person's avatar.

* Any action or placing items, which disturbing view can force to be stopped by owner because keeping the environmental view is one of the most important factors at this island.

* Island establishment may be added or changed by owner.

□Cancellation by user

* User can cancel the rental contract anytime.  However, any rental fee won't be returned.

□Cancellation by owner

* Regarding to any prohibited action, some warning may be made by owner.

* owner can cancel the lease contract even during the lease term if there is no improvement after warning.

* Moreover, owner can cancel the lease contract immidiately for any remarkable violation or any offence causing bad damage to real world.

* Any rental fee won't be returned by these cancellation.
